Trainee Accountant's Policy

At Redmans, we believe in growing our team. Many of our current team members have been with the firm since they first commenced employment.

From time to time, Redmans advertises for suitable recent school leavers to join the family at Redmans under our Traineeship programme.

The Redmans Traineeship programme operates like this:

• Work full time for 2 years and study part time at University for 2 years.
• In the 3 rd and 4 th years, revert to part time work and full time study.
• Leave is granted for exams throughout the programme.
• Study leave is granted for years 1 and 2 of the programme for each subject.
• The trainee works full time during all university holidays.

The advantages of our traineeship programme are:

• You receive on the job training and an income throughout the period of your university studies.
• Your practical experience allows you to better relate to your studies.
• At the end of the traineeship, most trainees will be offered a full time position as a Graduate Accountant.
• Work and study close to home.
